みやざき学力テスト（１年）は、本年度からコンピュータで入力する方法【ＣＢＴ方式】に変わりました。今後は、このような方式によるテストが増えてきます。コンピュータ操作に慣れ、コンピュータ画面の文字や図表を自由に比較しながら行うやり方に慣れていく必要があります。

　受験している生徒は、コンピュータトラブルも無く順調にテストを受けています。

　実行委員の司会で出発式を実施しました。

　予定どおりの時間（６：３０）に出発しました。

明日から修学旅行に行ってきます。

しおりも完成しました。

　調理室から出火を想定した避難訓練が実施されました。校庭に避難した後、教室の戻って火災の特徴についてオンラインで学習しました。

　生徒集会を実施しました。生徒集会は、生徒会が自分たちで企画・運営する集会です。今回は、図書委員会の「全校しおりコンクール」の表彰を行いました。また、校則についての説明を行いました。

　１年生と２年生の「総合的な学習の時間」の研究授業を実施しました。１年生は、延岡の魅力調査。３年生は、自分の考えや意見を相手に適切に伝える方法を探究しました。１年生も３年生も話し合いをしながら、積極的に考えを深めていました。

①Sports Day

    Every year, we have a sports day in May. We practice very hard. In the morning, we have relay, tug of war and so on. After lunch, we can enjoy great music played by our brass band and introducing club activities. Many people including elementary school students come and enjoy it. Let’s enjoy together!

②School Festival

    Every year, we have a school festival in November. This year, every 　class performs two songs. Students practice singing very hard for it. If 　you get the first prize, you can sing a song at Nobeoka city’s music festival. Please come and enjoy the festival.

④Student Council Election

    Every year, we have a student council election in September. There are many candidates. We have to choose only two students from them. It is difficult, but they do their best.

⑤ Clean Walk Day

    Every first Wednesday, we have a clean walk day. We have to pick up garbage on the street. I didn’t like the day at first, but I think it’s important and interesting now. When our town becomes clean, we feel happy. Also this event is thanked by many local people. Why don’t we clean our town together?

　新入生・保護者説明会が実施されました。新入生には、小学校と中学校の違いについて説明し、中学校入学の心構えをつくってもらいました。また、中学校時代の子どもたちということで心の健康・身体の健康について新入生の保護者に養護教諭からの説明もありました。

　生徒会からは、活動スローガンや重点項目、これまでの活動について分かりやすく説明してもらいました。

　全職員・全生徒でみなさんの入学を楽しみに待ってます。安心して延岡中に入学してきてください。

　俳優柴田美穂子さんによる古事記を題材にした朗読公演『天語り』が本校の体育館で実施されました。柴田さんは、テレビ朝日『モーニングショー』での総合司会や伊丹十三監督の映画『マルサの女』など多数の作品に出演するなど、テレビドラマ、映画、舞台で幅広く活躍されている方です。

　公演は、柴田さんが情感たっぷりに語りを披露し、生徒を神話の世界にいざないました。　

　『天語り』は、柴田さんの夫で脚本家の故市川森一さんによる原案です。柴田さんは、延岡が舞台となっているニニギノミコトとコノハナサクヤヒメの出会いなどの神話を分かりやすく生徒に語りかけていた。生徒たちは、柴田さんの迫力ある語りに引き込まれました。また、途中、古事記についての説明や神話をテーマにしたダンスも披露された。

　生徒会文化副部長のお礼の言葉では、「図書館などでこの話を調べて見たいと思った。」と感想が述べられました。

　PTA奉仕活動が実施されました。普段なかなかできていない「窓ふき」「側溝の土上げ」「グランドの除草」を中心に活動しました。１時間余りの活動でしたが、とってもきれいになりました。PTA環境整備部を中心に準備から後片付けまでしていただきました。ありがとうございました。
