Every year we have a farewell trip in March.

This is the event which we go on to say goodbye to the  third gragers.

All students at the school enjoy playing games designed by student council officers.

Last year , I was able to enjoy with my seniors.

Do you know about the test in Nishikobayashi junior high school?

We have tests 4 times a year and "infinite progress" every two months.

Tests are created by our school teachers.

About a week before tests, club activities are not allowed.

That period, we study hard.

Every year, we have a marathon day in December.

Girls run 2km and boys 3km.There is an Ekiden after the road race.

Ekiden is an event which five members run 13km in total.

Practice begins a month in advance.   

It's tough but we feel so good when we finish running.

We went on a work experience when we were in second grade.

It lasted for two days.

We went to a kindergarten and a  nursery school.

I went for work  experience and learned how difficult the job is.I will try to live my life with being grateful to the

The event  is  done  several  times  every  year .
We  will  work  to  compete  in  basketball  skipping  rope  and  relays. 
The  best  grade  will  be  commended.
This  event  is  held  only  at  Nishi Kodayashi   junior  high  school. 
It  was  held  in  September  and  the  third  graders   won  the  championship.

Every year, we have a sweet potato project.
Second graders go to the  potato field and plant sweet potatoes in June.
In November they go there to take sweet potatoes.
All students have cooking lessons in December.
First graders made stew and Gane.
Gane is a local dish in Nisi-Kobayashi. It is a fried-food made by mixing chopped potatoes
with melted wheat flour.   I have been made for a long time as a side dish or a snack
for children, which is slightly different in each house hold.
Second graders made potato rice and pork soup.
Third graders made potato cake. and fried mashed potato.
it's so delicious . if you have a chance please try to cook!
Eating sweet potatoes make us happy.

Every year we have a sports festival in September.
We can enjoy relay, dance and cheering and so on  live up the athletic meet.
Fox example  Gattsui Kobayashi sonomanma is a very unique dance every year.
we want you to see this dance. Its  song was sung by Higashikokubaru Hideo.
Our families come to see us and all enjoy our sports festival.
